Demo with sample data
See where a service or quote request goes.
Distributors and integrators of industrial equipment get repair calls, parts orders, quote requests and rental questions through the same phone line and inbox. Someone has to read each one, work out who owns it, and chase the details that weren't there. This demo shows a sample intake that does the sorting while the customer fills it in.
2. See where it goes
- Desk
- Field service
- Territory
- Michigan branch
- Queue
- Same-day callback queue
Before anyone calls back
- Model or part number: missing
- Serial number: missing
- Photo of the nameplate or the problem: missing
The request is accepted either way. The desk sees what to ask for first: 3 items.
What the field service team gets
Repair · Paint and coating circulation · Line is down
Michigan branch
Ask for: model or part number, serial number, photo of the nameplate or the problem
How it works
- 01
The request type picks the desk: field service, parts, applications engineering, rentals or training.
- 02
Where the equipment is picks the branch or territory, and how urgent it is picks the queue.
- 03
Each desk lists what it needs before calling back. The request still goes through when something is missing, and the desk sees what to ask for first.
Good to know
Before you try it on your shop.
The routing rules, desks and territories here are samples. The demo runs in your browser and doesn't send or store anything. In a real build the rules come from your team, and requests land in the systems you already use, like your ERP, CRM or service software.
